Similar to extend volume in the Disk Management, you can use it to extend the current partitions with unallocated space, it has two options, namely, "Add unused space to all partitions" or "Manually adjust partition size". Just select one between them and then start clone, then it will automatically resize the partition size of target disk Note: Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows Server 2012, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2016 and Windows Server 2019 can expand the volumes from the Disk Management in Computer Management.Right-click on Volume and click Extend Volume. For more information, see Microsoft's documentation. Step 2. Add space to system drive C. 1. Shrink partition and leave unallocated space to extend drive C. Right-click on a partition next to the C: drive and select "Resize/Move". Drag the end of the partition next to the C: drive and shrink it, leaving unallocated space next to the system's C: drive and click "OK". 2. Of course, you can also use the " Resize/Move Partition " function to realize it. Right-click on the Unallocated drive, and select Resize/Move Partition. Select the drive and click on Resize/move Partition. Do not forget to Apply the setting. If BitLocker is detected, you will be prompted to Turn Of BitLocker. Click Yes in the confirmation prompt. Next, right-click on the E: drive, and select Extend Volume. Then, click Next to continue, enter the amount of unallocated space that existed earlier in the text field, and follow the on-screen instructions to merge. Once done, right-click on the remaining unallocated space (previously the D: drive), and Step 1. Start the partition software to enter its main interface, select your desired disk, and click on Convert MBR Disk to GPT Disk from the left action panel. Step 2. If you are converting an OS disk, you will be asked to enable UEFI Boot mode from BIOS. Click on OK to confirm this change. From what I've found so far, it doesn't look like Window's Disk Management GUI supports the function to merge two non-adjacent paritions. For example, I am not able to merge the 105.94 GB of Unallocated space to C Drive; the extend volume option is greyed out. (see screenshot)
